Course’s Goals • Develop educational psychologists and psychologists in the acquisition of pedagogical models and techniques that allow them to implement an educational intervention; • Acquire knowledge tools for detecting and analyzing psychological characteristics in the relationship between teacher and children and among children and the group class; • Learn effective communication techniques; • Become aware of the basic emotional states to promote the socio-emotional development of children and to improve collaboration among educators; • Understanding the social interactions and psychological dynamics that develop in a class; • Knowing the attitude of educators and educational understanding the evolution of interactions and learning styles in the classroom; • Gaining knowledge and awareness that promote the construction of meaningful social relationships and engaging; • Acquiring the ability to listen-observation through the development of mental processes of attention and processing • Know and be able to use scientific tools to observe patterns s-listen
